Oconee Athens Roofing was originally founded in 1998 with a mission to provide honest workmanship in our community. This mission is now led by company owner, Parker Shaw.

Parker is an alumni of The University of Georgia where he earned a business degree from the Terry School of Business. After graduating, Parker stayed in the community to create a family with his wife, teammate, and best-friend, Allison.

His next several years were spent gaining experience in all aspects of construction. Parker purchased OAR in September of 2020. He now gets to pursue his dream of owning a small business focused on construction.

Parker is proud to lead a team that blends young & innovative ideas with the old-school service & experience our company was founded on. None of it would be possible without the incredible effort our employees give each day!
